本文提出一种制备TiB2碳胶涂层的方法,并对制得的涂层采用推杆膨胀仪测量法、直流二探针法及座滴法进行热膨胀性、导电性,对铝液润湿性能的测试,结果表明此种涂层碳化后的热膨胀性能与碳素阴极材料的性能非常相近,二者的热膨胀系数分别为3.6×10-6、3.55×10-6/℃;涂层的导电性比碳素材料的导电性好,900℃时其电阻率为0.4~0.6Ωmm2,而碳素材料的电阻率却为33~35Ωmm2;900℃时铝液对二者的湿润角分别为110°、132°。上述结果亦表明采用TiB2碳胶涂层材料为阴极基底可提高基底材料的导电性,同时减少阳极铝液层的厚度,从而降低槽电压。
In this paper, a method of preparing TiB2 carbon paste coating is proposed, and the resulting coating using push rod dilatometer measurement, DC two-probe method and droplet method for thermal expansion, electrical conductivity, wetting properties of aluminum The results show that the thermal expansion property of this coating is very similar to that of the carbon cathode material. The thermal expansion coefficients of the two coatings are respectively 3.6 × 10-6 and 3.55 × 10-6 / ℃. The conductivity of the layer is better than that of the carbon material. The resistivity of the layer is 0.4 to 0.6 Ωmm2 at 900 ° C., while the resistivity of the carbon material is 33 to 35 Ωmm2. Wetting angles are 110 °, 132 °, respectively. The above results also show that the use of TiB2 carbon paste coating material as the cathode substrate can increase the conductivity of the substrate material, while reducing the thickness of the anode aluminum layer, thereby reducing the tank voltage.
