为了能使严重多发伤在急诊科及早确定诊断,得到正确合理的治疗,本文回顾性分析2000年1月至2004年11月救治的912例严重多发伤病例资料,结合文献复习综合报告于下。1 资料和方法1.1 一般资料 2000年1月～2004年11月急诊科共接诊多发伤1640例,需要实施紧急复苏、急救处理的严重多发伤(AIS-90版,ISS 评分≥16分)伤员912例,男730例,女182例,年龄7～54岁,平均30.6±14.5岁;<10岁21例,10～19岁57例,20～29岁402例,30～39岁298例,40～49岁104
In order to make the diagnosis of severe multiple trauma in the emergency department as early as possible and obtain the correct and reasonable treatment, this paper retrospectively analyzed 912 cases of severe multiple trauma treated from January 2000 to November 2004, combined with a comprehensive review of the literature. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information From January 2000 to November 2004, a total of 1640 cases of multiple trauma were admitted to the emergency department. Patients with severe multiple trauma (AIS-90 version, ISS score ≥16) were required to undergo emergency resuscitation and emergency treatment 912 cases, male 730 and female 182 cases, aged 7 to 54 years old, with an average of 30.6 ± 14.5 years; 21 cases of <10 years old, 57 cases of 10 to 19 years, 402 cases of 20 to 29 years old, 298 cases of 30 to 39 years old, 40 ~ 49 years old 104
