2013年,六家国际大型面板生厂商、六家乳粉企业、五家金店及上海黄金饰品行业协会、茅台和五粮液公司等,因违反《反垄断法》,被处以重罚。2014年8月20日,日本住友等八家零部件企业价格垄断被罚8.3196亿元,日本精工等四家轴承企业价格垄断被罚4.0344亿元,合计罚款12.354亿元。2014年9月2日,浙江省保险业协会操纵商业车险保费被处以50万元罚款,23家涉案财产保险公司共被处罚款约1.1亿元。
In 2013, six major international panel makers, six milk powder companies, five gold stores, the Shanghai Gold Ornaments Association, Maotai and Wuliangye companies were fined for their violations of the Anti-Monopoly Law. On August 20, 2014, Japan’s Sumitomo Corporation and other eight parts companies were fined 8.3196 billion yuan. Seiko Co., Ltd. and other four bearing companies were fined 4.0344 billion yuan with a total fine of 1.2354 billion yuan. On September 2, 2014, Zhejiang Insurance Association guarded commercial auto insurance premiums and imposed a fine of 500,000 yuan. 23 property insurance companies involved in the case were fined a total of about 110 million yuan.
