如何保护股东的利益,处理好公司与股东之间及大小股东之间的关系,不仅直接关系到股东个人的切身利益,而且关系到公司制度本身的存废,并进一步波及公司的劳动者、经营者、消费者,债权人乃至整个的利益。如何解决此类争议以及对利益受损股东的权利应怎样救济是摆在我们面前的问题。
