中国共产党执政60多年来,对干部的治庸治懒工作从来没有停止过。从新中国成立之初“三反”运动反官僚主义,到历次整党整风,从十一届三中全会后纠正党内不正之风到作风建设,从加强党的执政能力建设到先进性建设,再到当前正在进行的党的群众路线教育实践活动,治庸治懒一直是党的建设、政府建设的重要内容。
