On June 29, 2010, Chen Yunlin, chairman of ARATS and Chiang Pin-kwan, chairman of SEF, formally signed the “Cross-Strait Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement” (ECFA for short) and the agreement on cross-Strait cooperation on intellectual property protection in Chongqing.
