采用水热法制备了掺杂稀土元素镨(Pr)的铁氧化钴CoPrx Fe2 x O4(x=0.0、0.01、0.025、0.05、0.075、0.1)纳米颗粒.实验结果表明制备出来的样品是立方体结构的纳米颗粒,当掺杂量00.1(x=0.15)时出现杂峰.随着掺杂量从0增加到0.1时,样品的平均晶格尺寸从34nm减小到15nm,饱和磁化强度(Ms)从78emu/g单调减小至36emu/g,矫顽力从1008Oe降低到668Oe.
Hydrothermal method was used to prepare cobalt iron oxide CoPrx Fe2 x O4 (x = 0.0,0.01,0.025,0.05,0.075,0.1) nanoparticles doped with praseodymium (Pr) .The experimental results show that the prepared samples are cubic structure Of the nanoparticles, Pr3 + ions can be successfully doped into the CoFe2O4 lattice when the doping amount is 0 0.1 (x = 0.15) From 0 to 0.1, the average lattice size decreases from 34 nm to 15 nm, the saturation magnetization (Ms) decreases monotonically from 78 emu / g to 36 emu / g, and the coercivity decreases from 1008 Oe to 668 Oe.
