目的:探讨细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK)在涎腺腺样囊性癌细胞中的活性及表达变化。方法:采用RT-PCR和Western blotting法检测SACC-LM及SACC-83细胞系中ERK蛋白mRNA和蛋白表达,测定ERK酶活力。所得实验数据采用SPSS12.0统计软件进行t检验组间比较。结果:ERK在SACC-LM及SACC-83细胞系中的平均活性分别为54.846 pmol·min-1·μg-1和40.281 pmol·min-1·μg-1,SACC-LM细胞中ERK具有较高活性。SACC-LM细胞中ERK有较高表达。结论:ERK蛋白活性变化及蛋白表达与SACC的转移有关。
Objective: To investigate the activity and expression of extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma cells. Methods: The expression of ERK protein and protein in SACC-LM and SACC-83 cell lines were detected by RT-PCR and Western blotting. The ERK activity was measured. The experimental data obtained using SPSS12.0 statistical software for t test comparison between groups. Results: The average activities of ERK in SACC-LM and SACC-83 cell lines were 54.846 pmol · min-1 · μg-1 and 40.281 pmol · min-1 · μg-1, respectively. active. ERK is highly expressed in SACC-LM cells. Conclusion: The changes of ERK protein activity and protein expression are related to the metastasis of SACC.
