近日,北京市建委重罚并通报了50家存在严重扰乱建筑市场秩序行为的单位。在通报的50家单位中,北京市新兴房地产开发总公司等2l家建设单位是因为无施工许可证擅自施工而被处罚,被处罚金最高的是北京市新兴房地产开发总公司,被一次性处罚1206733.42元。另外有12家房地产开发企业和5家建设单位由于存在拖欠工程款问题而被处罚,建委将不批准这12家房地产开发企业投资设立新的项目开发公司,不给他们办理新项目的施工许可证,并将其拖欠工程款情况告知该企业的贷款银行。5家拖欠工程款的建设单位也将不能办理新项目的施工许可证。
