Linxi County Hospital is a general hospital owned by the whole people. It has 230 regular beds and 226 health technicians. It is responsible for the diagnosis, treatment and rescue of some 230,000 people in the county and some neighboring banner and county patients. Because it is located in a remote area, the development of the hospital has been constrained. There are “two lows” and “four shortages” in the work, that is, the level of management and technology is low, and funds, premises, equipment, and talents are insufficient. How to fundamentally change this backward situation in order to meet the needs of the development of the market economy is the most important issue facing our hospital. In response to this problem, the leadership team of our hospital has clearly realized that only the implementation of hierarchical management, the establishment of “Dimethyl” hospitals, and the improvement of hospital management mechanisms are the only way out for future development.
