目的:探讨外耳道成形术后外耳道再狭窄的原因及其预防措施。方法:对27例(28耳)行外耳道成 形术的患者,经1年以上随访的临床资料进行系统分析。结果:27例(28耳)中术后再狭窄7耳,再狭窄率为 25％。结论:正确的术式选择和术后持续扩张外耳道是预防术后再狭窄的重要措施。
Objective: To investigate the causes and preventive measures of external auditory canal restenosis after external auditory canal angioplasty. Methods: Twenty-seven patients (28 ears) underwent external auditory canal angioplasty were systematically analyzed with clinical data of more than one year follow-up. Results: Seventeen ears were restenosed in 27 cases (28 ears) and the restenosis rate was 25%. Conclusion: The correct choice of surgical procedures and continuous expansion of the external auditory canal after surgery is an important measure to prevent postoperative restenosis.
