The influence of different rolling schedule, different working roll diameters and different rolling stock intensities on the minimum rolling thickness of synchronous rolling was studied and the minimum rolling thickness of the rolling stock under different conditions was obtained. The results show that the minimum rolling thickness of the workpiece during the synchronous rolling has nothing to do with the rolling schedule, but is proportional to the diameter of the roll and is proportional to the plane deformation resistance of the rolling stock. When the working rolls are 180,120 and 50 mm On the rolling mill, the minimum rolling thickness of the Q195 rolling stock is respectively 139, 94 and 40μm. In the work roll diameter of 50 mm mill, Q195, silicon steel, the minimum thickness of industrial pure aluminum can be rolled 40,60,8 μ m.
