目的规范和促进放射诊疗机构的放射卫生防护工作,保障职业放射工作人员和受检者及公众的健康与安全。方法查阅现行有效的放射卫生法规及标准规范,分析归纳放射诊疗机构中的组织机构与管理制度保障工作的内容,解释了放射诊疗机构对放射卫生防护工作的困惑。结果放射诊疗机构应明确放射卫生防护工作任务,成立放射卫生防护工作的组织管理机构,制订放射卫生管理制度并严格落实,配备专(兼)职人员负责放射卫生防护工作,保证放射卫生防护工作的完成。结论放射诊疗机构应加强对放射卫生法律、规定、标准、规范的学习,提高对放射卫生防护工作的认识,按照法规标准的要求规范全面的做好放射卫生防护工作,切实保护职业放射工作人员、受检者和公众的健康与安全。
Objective To standardize and promote the radiological protection of radiation clinics and protect the health and safety of occupational radiation workers and subjects as well as the general public. Methods Examining the current and effective regulations and standards on radiation health, analyzing the contents of the organization and management system protection in radiotherapy and treatment institutions, and explaining the confusion of radiation medical institutions on radiation health protection. Results Radiological diagnosis and treatment agencies should clearly define the task of radiation health protection, set up the organization and management of radiation health protection work, formulate and strictly implement the radiation health management system, and provide specialized (or) personnel for radiation and health protection to ensure the radiological protection work carry out. Conclusion Radiological diagnosis and treatment institutions should strengthen the study of laws, regulations, standards and codes of radiation health, raise their awareness of radiation health protection work, standardize the work of radiation health protection in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, and earnestly protect occupational radiation workers, Subjects and the public health and safety.
