法律已经被广大人民群众所接受,已经成为了社会的主要组成部分之一,但是法治社会中法律仍然不可避免地存在着一定的局限性;只有将这些局限性进行及时纠正,才能够让法律变得更加完善。本文首先阐述了法治的优越性,即:法治有利于实现民主、法治有利于实现平等、法治有利于实现自由。其次,分析了法治社会中法律局限性的体现点,与此同时,本文深入探讨了法律局限性的矫正措施,其中包括:充分发挥出各种社会控制手段功能,实现法律的形式理性与价值理性的统一,实现法治的“硬件”与“软件”相配套等,具有一定的参考价值。
