近年来,浙江在产业升级方面取得了一定的成绩,各产业的劳动生产率有了明显提高,但从总体来看,目前产业层次整体仍然较低,企业自主创新能力不强。随着资源环境和要素价格上升的压力日益明显,依赖环境与要素低成本的产业发展模式正日益受到挑战,因此,必须提高认识,加快产业升级,实现科学发展。
In recent years, Zhejiang has made some achievements in industrial upgrading. The labor productivity of various industries has been significantly improved. However, overall, the industry level as a whole is still low and the capability of independent innovation of enterprises is not strong. With the increasing pressure on resources and environment and factor prices, the industry development model that depends on environment and factors with low costs is increasingly challenged. Therefore, we must raise our awareness, speed up industrial upgrading and achieve scientific development.
