离子液体作为环境友好的化学试剂,具有许多优点,如无腐蚀性、无毒、不挥发、抗氧化、液程范围宽、具有良好的稳定性和催化活性,在许多化学反应过程中得到了广泛应用。本文合成了Br¢nsted酸性离子液体2-吡咯烷酮硫酸氢盐([Hnhp]HSO4),并用作催化剂催化合成油酸甲酯。研究了离子液体催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、反应温度和反应时间对油酸酯化反应的影响,同时考察了离子液体的重复利用性能。结果表明:在醇酸摩尔比为6∶1、反应温度70℃、反应时间3h和催化剂([Hnhp]HSO4)用量为油酸重的12.5%时,酯化率达97.54。反应结束后离子液体与酯化产物自动分成两相,而且离子液体([Hnhp]HSO4)重复使用5次,仍有较高的催化活性。
As an environmentally friendly chemical reagent, ionic liquids have many advantages such as non-corrosive, non-toxic, non-volatile, anti-oxidation, wide liquid range, good stability and catalytic activity. They have been widely used in many chemical reactions application. Br ns nsted acidic ionic liquid 2-pyrrolidone bisulfate ([Hnhp] HSO4) was synthesized and used as a catalyst to synthesize methyl oleate. The effects of ionic liquid catalyst amount, molar ratio of alkyd, reaction temperature and reaction time on the esterification of oleic acid were investigated. The reusability of ionic liquid was also investigated. The results showed that the esterification rate was 97.54 when the molar ratio of alkyd was 6:1, the reaction temperature was 70 ℃, the reaction time was 3h and the catalyst ([Hnhp] HSO4) was 12.5% of oleic acid. After the reaction, the ionic liquid and the esterified product are automatically separated into two phases, and the ionic liquid ([Hnhp] HSO4) is repeatedly used five times, and still has higher catalytic activity.
