In 2012, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce promulgated the Guiding Opinion on the Implementation of Experimental Work on Scrap Replacement and Subsidy for Agricultural Machinery, and started pilot projects of scrapping, replacing and subsidizing agricultural machinery in 11 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities, and the Corps).
