目的对土源性线虫病的防控措施进行优化集成,探索更经济有效的防治对策。方法选择四川省丹棱县和威远县作为观察县,在2个观察县实施不同的防治措施。通过人群土源性线虫感染率等指标评价防治效果。结果丹棱和威远县从2006年基线调查到2009年考核评价,土源性线虫感染率均呈下降趋势(χ~2丹=799.41,χ~2威=367.172,P均<0.01),土源性线虫感染率分别从57.12%和32.60%下降到10.06%和3.21%,下降幅度分别为82.39%和90.15%。结论丹棱县开展的综合防治措施和威远县对目标人群开展的长期、持续地健康教育干预,并引导居民主动服药驱虫的措施对降低土源性线虫感染率均有显著成效,各地可因地制宜,集成优化防控措施,选择经济有效的方法来降低土源性线虫病感染率。
Objective To optimize and integrate the prevention and control measures of soil-borne nematodes and explore more economical and effective control measures. Methods Danleng County and Weiyuan County were selected as observation counties in Sichuan Province and different prevention and control measures were implemented in two observation counties. The population control effect of soil-borne nematode infection rate and other indicators. Results In Danleng and Weiyuan County, the infection rates of soil-borne nematodes decreased from the baseline survey in 2006 to the assessment in 2009 (χ ~ 2 = 799.41, χ ~ 2 = 367.172, P <0.01) The infection rates of nosocomial nematodes decreased from 57.12% and 32.60% to 10.06% and 3.21% respectively, with the decreasing rates of 82.39% and 90.15% respectively. Conclusion The comprehensive prevention and control measures carried out in Danling County and the long-term and continuous health education interventions on the target population conducted by Weiyuan County and the measures taken by residents to take active measures to deinsecide have significant effects on reducing the infection rate of earthworm nematodes. According to local conditions, integrated optimization and prevention and control measures, choose a cost-effective way to reduce the infection rate of soil-borne nematodes.
