我院泌尿科自1990年1月~1994年12月5年间,对158例(骨止)骨上经膀胱前列腺切除术的手术操作进行了一些改进。采用安置(骨止)骨上膀胱造瘘管的同时安置备用膀恍冲洗管、术后尽快放尽氟来氏尿管水囊
