On June 6, the third meeting of the leading group for comprehensively deepening the reform of the Central Government was convened. The meeting reviewed and approved the Proposal on the Establishment of Intellectual Property Court. It is reported that since the first Intermediate People’s Court of Beijing Municipality established China’s first trial court of intellectual property in 1993, all intermediate people’s courts have set up intellectual property courts. As of the end of 2012, there were 420 IP courts in courts across the country and more than 2 700 judges were involved in IP trials. With the rapid development of our country’s intellectual property cause, contradictions and disputes related to intellectual property have also doubled. Especially in recent years, foreign knowledge
