地方年鉴是以年为期系统记载、汇集上一年度自然社会历史发展进程性的资料和重要的文献信息。我国年鉴事业自上世纪80年代以来,经过各级地方志部门的不懈努力,如今年鉴编纂工作已步入正常的轨道,笔者认为,提高思想认识、创新组稿模式、优化篇目设计、加快编纂进度、革新传播手段是信息时代下做好年鉴编纂工作新的关键,这不仅有利于推动年鉴编纂工作,也有利于确保年鉴编纂质量。
Local Yearbook is a systematic record of the year, a collection of the previous year’s historical process of natural and social progress of the information and important documentary information. Since the 1980s, China’s Yearbook Project has made its yearbook compilation work on a normal track since the 1980s.
