高品质的路面使用性能是由参与道路建设的各个方面共同努力而完成的 ,它开始于项目规划阶段 ,即设定该项目的建设目标 ;设计人员根据该建设目标确立技术方案和质量控制标准 ;然后通过由设计人员完成的设计文件和技术规范要求 ,将建设目标传递给施工承包商 ,最后由施工承包商、设计代表、业主、业主代表 (监理 )共同完成。本文首先介绍了高品质路面使用性能完成的过程 ,以及各参与方在此过程中的关系和作用 ;然后结合川九路介绍了路面质量保证体系的建立过程 ,以及与之配套的支付调整计划和奖励计划 ;最后介绍了路面质量保证体系的执行过程 ,强调了业主高层管理者的支持 ,和各方人员培训的重要性
High-quality pavement performance is accomplished by participating in all aspects of road construction. It begins with the project planning stage, setting the construction goal of the project. The designer establishes technical solutions and quality control standards according to the construction goal. And then pass the design documents and technical specifications required by the designer to pass the construction goal to the construction contractor and finally to be completed by the construction contractor, design representative, owner and owner representative (supervisor). This paper first introduces the process of high-quality pavement performance and the relationship and role of each participant in this process. Then, the paper introduces the establishment process of pavement quality assurance system and the matching payment adjustment plan Reward program; finally introduced the implementation of pavement quality assurance system, emphasizing the support of the owners of senior management, and the importance of personnel training of all parties
