教师作为一种职业的理念在我国发展较晚,近年来由于教育行业改制、教育体制改革,以及诸多企业化管理模式的运用,教师的职业化发展越来越突出,也是教育深化改革中的一个重要环节。从功能分析,职业理念的运用与实践在将关联到职业道德、职业素质、职业生涯等,也是教师人力资源管理效率得到提升的主要实践路径。下面结合陕西高职院校教师职业发展的现状,以及遇到的一些问题及原因分析,提出具体的发展应对措施。
