群众文化辅导是以丰富人民群众的业余文化生活和提高国民文化涵养为目的的工作,它的开展对于基层文化建设有积极正面的作用。近年来,我国不断推进基层文化建设工作的进行,然而基层文化建设工作仍然进行缓慢,因此,开展群众文化辅导迫在眉睫。本文就群众文化辅导对基层文化建设起到的四个主要作用进行了分析,希望有关部门能够重视群众文化辅导,提高工作者的素质与工作积极性,为提高国民文化素质尽一份力。
The mass cultural guidance is a work aimed at enriching the amateur cultural life of the masses and raising the national culture, and its development has a positive and positive effect on the grassroots cultural construction. In recent years, China has continuously promoted the work of grass-roots cultural construction. However, the work of grass-roots cultural construction is still slow. Therefore, it is imminent to carry out mass cultural guidance. This article analyzes the four main functions that the mass cultural guidance plays for the grass-roots cultural construction, and hopes that the relevant departments can pay attention to the cultural guidance of the masses, improve the quality and enthusiasm of the workers, and make every effort to improve their cultural quality.
