【班会背景】职业学校一年级新生,多为中招考试的失利者。面对文化课成绩,许多学生的内心不服气却又不能不服气;他们想重新树立志向,却又不知道如何树立,内心因此充满挫败感。面对新的环境,他们在猜测——这个学校的教师怎么看待以往成绩不佳的自己?班主任又持什么教学理念?职校生活会是什么样的呢?作为职业学校一年级新生班主任,我特别希望自己能给学生留下深刻的第一印象,做个好榜样,因此以楚兰自喻——不以无人而不芳,同时送给学
【Class Background】 First-year vocational school freshman, mostly in the test of the losers. In the face of cultural studies, many students are unconvinced but not obsessed.
