在篮球运动的技术、战术得到长足发展的今天,远距离投篮在比赛中的重要性亦与日俱增。因此,亟需加强远距离投篮的训练。从体能、技术、心理等方面入手,通过专门的体能训练;投篮方法训练;投篮时机的选择与创造训练;身体重心控制训练;有对抗条件下投篮训练等,提高远距离投篮的命中率。
In the basketball technology, tactics have been developed by leaps and bounds, the importance of long-range shooting in the game is also growing. Therefore, there is an urgent need to strengthen the training of long-range shooting. From physical, technical, psychological and other aspects, through specialized physical training; shooting method training; shooting opportunity selection and training; body center of gravity control training; shooting under confrontation conditions to improve the shooting rate of long-range shooting.
