The “Seminar on Developing the Western Region for Enterprise Development” co-sponsored by the “Enterprise Management” magazine of the China Enterprise Confederation and the Qinghai Confederation of Enterprises, was held in Xining, Qinghai Province from August 3 to 6. The meeting brought together representatives from enterprises throughout the country as well as some managers as well as leaders of large and medium-sized enterprises in Qinghai Province and over a hundred middle-level cadres from provincial economic and trade commissions.
