采用真空液相烧结制备93W合金,研究重力对钨合金零件形状以及微观组织的影响。结果表明,在液相烧结过程中,重力效应引起的烧结坯宏观变形非常明显;因重力作用导致的合金组织偏析严重,在重力方向上合金密度呈线性增加趋势。
93W alloy was prepared by vacuum liquid phase sintering to study the influence of gravity on the shape and microstructure of tungsten alloy parts. The results show that during the liquid phase sintering, the macroscopic deformation of the sintered billet caused by the gravitational effect is obvious. The segregation of the alloy due to gravity is serious, and the alloy density increases linearly in the direction of gravitation.
