有关终末期肾衰进行血透的患者常可引起铝的积聚已有不少报道,而对急性肾衰(ARF)患者引起铝积聚则很少被注意。本文旨在对19例ARF患者作血清铝测定的前瞻性研究。方法 19例少尿无尿性ARF患者,其中男性12例,女性7例,年龄26~72岁。分为三组,A组:4例单做血诱,用铜芬膜透析器及软水(铝浓度为0.3~3.7μmol/L,平均1.47μmol/L)。B组:4例连续性静脉—静脉血液过滤(CVVHF),血滤补充液铝浓度<0.2μmol/L。C组:11例既
Accumulation of aluminum has often been reported in patients with end-stage renal failure for hemodialysis, and aluminum accumulation in patients with acute renal failure (ARF) is seldom noticed. This article aimed to prospectively study serum aluminum levels in 19 ARF patients. Methods Nineteen patients with oliguric ARF were enrolled, including 12 males and 7 females, aged 26-72 years. Divided into three groups, group A: 4 cases of single blood induction, with copper Fen membrane dialyzer and soft water (aluminum concentration of 0.3 ~ 3.7μmol / L, an average of 1.47μmol / L).
