周口大发展,交通要先行。近两年来,周口市委、市政府的决策者们,把实现交通现代化,作为“一年一变样,五年大变样”的重要变点,调动方方面面的力量,瞄准“高速交汇、地铁升格、沙河通航”的目标,着力打造周口现代化的交通平台,构建周口快捷、立体的交通网络,有力地促进了周口经济增长。
