目的了解住院患者下呼吸道感染革兰阴性杆菌的耐药状况,为临床合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法对本院2007年1月-2008年12月送检的下呼吸道标本,用常规方法分离鉴定病原菌,用K-B法做药物敏感试验。结果482株革兰阴性杆菌中,克雷伯菌属148株(30.71%),大肠埃希菌130株(26.97%),鲍曼不动杆菌75株(15.56%),铜绿假单胞菌50株(10.37%),其他革兰阴性杆菌79株(16.39%)。结论我院引起下呼吸道感染的革兰阴性杆菌以克雷伯菌属和大肠埃希菌为主,其ESBLs的检出率分别为61.48%和60.00%。
Objective To understand the drug resistance of Gram-negative bacilli in patients with lower respiratory tract infection in hospitalized patients and provide the basis for rational use of antibiotics in clinic. Methods The lower respiratory tract specimens from January 2007 to December 2008 in our hospital were isolated and identified by routine methods and drug susceptibility test was performed by K-B method. Results Among the 482 gram-negative bacilli, 148 (30.71%) were Klebsiella, 130 (26.97%) were Escherichia coli, 75 (15.56%) Acinetobacter baumannii, Strains (10.37%), 79 other gram-negative bacilli (16.39%). Conclusions Gram-negative bacilli, which cause lower respiratory tract infection in our hospital, are mainly Klebsiella and Escherichia coli. The detection rates of ESBLs were 61.48% and 60.00% respectively.
