绩效管理作为医院管理的重要部分之一,能够有效的提升医院职员的工作效率与工作热情,并增强医院的医疗服务质量。然而在很多基层医院的管理中,绩效管理的实际作用并没有得到充分的发挥,随着人们对医疗服务质量越来越重视,使得强化基层医院绩效管理这一工作内容也备受关注。本文针对目前基层医院的绩效管理的情况与问题难点进行了分析,并结合新医改制度增强医疗服务质量的基本要求,提出了几点建议,希望能为相关人士提供些许参考作用。
As an important part of hospital management, performance management can effectively improve the work efficiency and enthusiasm of hospital staff and enhance the quality of medical services in hospitals. However, in the management of many grass-roots hospitals, the actual effect of performance management has not been fully played. As people pay more and more attention to the quality of medical services, the work of strengthening the performance management of grass-roots hospitals has drawn much attention. This paper analyzes the current situation of performance management and difficult problems in the primary hospital, and puts forward some suggestions according to the basic requirements of the new medical reform system to enhance the quality of medical services, hoping to provide some reference for the relevant parties.
