目的分析广州市某区2008年疑似麻疹病例血清IgM抗体的检测情况,为进一步制订麻疹防制策略提供科学依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验对2008年广州市某区疑似麻疹病例进行麻疹血清IgM抗体检测。结果共采集疑似麻疹病例血清406例,实验室确诊病例157例,阳性率为38.67%。不同性别、年龄组、免疫史组间IgM抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义,女性IgM抗体阳性率较高、<8月龄组IgM抗体阳性率较高、有免疫史组的阳性率低于无免疫史及免疫史不详组;不同采样时间IgM抗体阳性率不同,出疹后1d采集的血清阳性率最低。结论检测麻疹IgM抗体对病例的快速确诊、及时采取控制措施起到关键作用,建议加强麻疹的常规免疫和强化免疫,加强对流动儿童计划免疫管理,减少易感人群。
Objective To analyze the detection of serum IgM antibodies in suspected measles cases in a certain area of Guangzhou in 2008 to provide a scientific basis for further development of measles prevention and control strategies. Methods The measles serum IgM antibody was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 2008 in a district of Guangzhou. Results A total of 406 cases of suspected measles cases were collected and 157 cases were laboratory confirmed with a positive rate of 38.67%. The positive rate of IgM antibody in different gender, age group and immunization history group was statistically significant, and the positive rate of IgM antibody in female was higher. The positive rate of IgM antibody in <8 months old group was higher than that in immunization history group Immunization history and history of immunization were not known. The positive rates of IgM antibodies at different sampling times were different, and the positive rate of serum collected at 1d after rash was the lowest. Conclusion The detection of measles IgM antibody plays a key role in the rapid diagnosis of cases and timely control measures. It is suggested to strengthen routine immunization and immunization of measles and strengthen planned immunization management of migrant children to reduce the susceptible population.
