CD4+4、CD8+T细胞根据其分泌的细胞因子类型特征,各自可被分成两个亚型,CD4+、CD8+T细胞不同亚型的形成,实际上是分化、成熟的T细胞在外周特异性免疫应答过程中形成不同效应类型细胞群体,在功能上产生极化(polarization)的过程,这一过程受环境和基因的共同影响。极化的影响因素包括抗原类型、剂量、进入途径、佐剂、抗原提呈细胞和MHC分子的种类以及遗传背景、细胞因子、细胞膜分子和微环境中的激素等。对T细胞极化的概念、极化与活化的关系以及极化的过程、极化的影响因素等问题作一综述

Factors influencing polarization include antigen type, dose, route of entry, type of adjuvant, antigen presenting cell and MHC molecule, and genetic background, cytokines, plasma membrane molecules and microenvironment hormones. The concept of polarization of T cells, the relationship between polarization and activation, the process of polarization and the influencing factors of polarization are reviewed
