一九五○年我省的贸易工作是在四九年的胜利基础上继续发展和壮大,并在发展壮大的过程中,逐步求得巩固与充实。本年二月间,在全省工商贸易干部会议上,研究了当时湖南的基本情况,认为:一、随着军事上的胜利,全省基本上获得解放。除继续肃清匪特,支援大军南下,着手于社会改革的准备与组织工作外,艰巨的经济建设任务成为我们最基本的工作方向。
