开展农村中学校本教研活动,应认真探究问题,寻找切实可行的方法进行解决,使其经常化、制度化。应充分利用有效的校本教研资源,有针对性地开展校本研究,从而确立农村中学有效的校本教研模式,促进农村教育的健康发展。
To carry out rural middle school-based teaching and research activities, we should conscientiously explore the issues and find practical ways to solve them so as to make them regular and institutionalized. We should make full use of effective school-based teaching and research resources and carry out school-based research in a targeted manner so as to establish an effective school-based teaching and research model in rural middle schools and promote the healthy development of rural education.
