自美国爆发的“次贷风波”逐步升级为全球性的金融危机以来,全球农产品过去几年经历了“过山车”的行情,价格出现剧烈波动。时至今日,随着欧元区第二次债务危机,外汇市场的波动也明显加大。而由于全球金融环境和极端天气等因素的影响,大麦也出现了过去十几年罕见的巨幅波动,无论是国内大麦生产,还是进口大麦的采购,都出现难以把握的局面。
