随着我国教育事业的繁荣,中等职业教育也在教育发展途中开始了新的里程。职业教育关系学生日后走上工作岗位后的能力素质高低,要求中职教师必须能顺应时代发展的潮流,更新教学理念,提升教学质量。为了进一步促进中等职业教育的发展,教师要学会在教学反思中成长,提升整体素质,从陈旧的教学理念、教学方法中找到突破,才能不断地推动新形势下职业教育的发展。
With the prosperity of education in our country, secondary vocational education also started a new milestone on the way of education development. Vocational education relates to the ability and quality of students after they embark on work in the future, requiring secondary vocational teachers must be able to adapt to the trend of development of the times, update teaching philosophy and improve teaching quality. In order to further promote the development of secondary vocational education, teachers should learn to grow up in teaching reflection and enhance their overall quality. If breakthroughs are found in outdated teaching concepts and teaching methods, can we continue to promote the development of vocational education in the new situation.
