厦门作为建设21世纪海上丝绸之路的核心城市,与海上丝绸之路沿线国家地区地缘相近、文化趋同、民间交流频密,在引才引智、服务“一带一路”战略方面具备得天独厚的优势。2015年,厦门继续实施“海纳百川”人才计划,积极搭建海外人才创业平台,全力打造“人才特区”。本次评选中,厦门位列第九名,一级指标生活环境排名第八位,其余一级指标政策环境、政务环境与工作环境均位列第九位。
Xiamen, as the core city for building the 21st century maritime Silk Road, is geographically close to the countries along the Silk Road along the Silk Road. With its cultural convergence and frequent people-to-people exchanges, Xiamen possesses a unique advantage in attracting talents, serving the “Belt and Road” strategy . In 2015, Xiamen continued to implement the “Heiner Sea” talent program, and actively set up a platform for overseas talent entrepreneurship to create “special zone for talent”. In this selection, Xiamen ranked ninth in terms of the living standard of the first grade, and ranked the ninth in the policy, environment and working environment for the other indicators.
