北京服装学院原为纺织工业部部属院校,1998年划归北京市教委管理。我院现有在职教职工707人,学生5 900余人,全院占地8.6hm2,建筑面积近10万m2。1995年,我院仅有学生2400余人,当年用水指标为28.42万t,而实际用水31.82万t多。从1996年起,我院加大管理力度,通过水平衡测试,以后又开展节水器具改造、创造节水型单位等工作,节水形势明显好转。特别是1999年以来,节水情况越
