1.转被动治疗观念为主动预防观念首先转变决策部门和口腔医务工作者的重治轻防的观念,把龋病的预防放在重要的位置上。我们应该看到解决全民观念上的问题并不比实施龋病预防措施容易,特别是在农村,加速旧观念的转变就更加重要了。
