地球化学试样中痕量硒的测定,对于研究金矿成矿规律有重要意义。本文提出在Se(Ⅳ)-Na_2SO_3-EDTA-柠檬酸铵-乙二胺-KIO_3体系中催化极谱法测定化探试样中痕量硒。极谱波轮廓对称,灵敏度高,体系抗干扰离子能力强,试样经酸分解后不需分离富集,取清液直接进行测定。硒浓度在5×10~(-5)-1×100~(-3)μg/mL范围内与峰电流呈线性关系,方法检出限为6×10~(-10)mol/L,并用于GSD化探标样测定,结果准确。一、仪器及试剂 Jp-2型示波极谱仪(成都仪器厂))。20%亚硫酸钠(AR):5mol/L乙二胺(AR);3%碘酸钾(AR);三氯化铁(Cp)稳定剂(2mg Fe/mL);混合络合剂:11g EDTA(AR)、37g柠
The determination of trace selenium in geochemical samples is of great significance for studying the metallogenic regularity of gold deposits. In this paper, we proposed a catalytic polarographic method for the determination of trace selenium in geochemical samples in the Se (Ⅳ) -Na_2SO_3-EDTA-ammonium citrate-ethylenediamine-KIO_3 system. Polarographic wave contour symmetry, high sensitivity, the system anti-interference ability of ions, the sample after acid decomposition without enrichment, the determination of the supernatant directly. The concentration of selenium had a linear relationship with the peak current in the range of 5 × 10 -5 -1 × 100 -3 μg / mL, and the detection limit was 6 × 10 -10 mol / L. In the GSD geochemical sample determination, the result is accurate.
