例1 男,15岁,1987年7月6日成诊。主诉:出生第三天有唇、口、四肢末端青紫,自幼劳累后常感心悸、乏力、头昏。听诊心脏有杂音,曾诊为“室间隔缺损”.父母非近亲联姻,母亲妊娠3个月时曾患“流感”。体检:Bp14.7/9.33kPa(110/70mmHg)(上、下肢血压相同),除发育欠佳外,一般情况尚可。胸骨左缘第3肋间闻及Ⅳ级收缩期
