档案一直以信息记录的一种身份存在,在信息保存的真实性和原始性上有着巨大的作用。随着信息技术水平的不断提高,档案资源共建共享机制应运而生,推动档案管理与建设逐渐信息化。但是,档案资源共享机制建设和信息安全管理等问题随之而来,成为了档案信息化建设中的一项重要课题。为此,本文基于大量文献资料扼要探讨了档案资源共建共享与信息安全等方面的建设问题,为高校档案管理与建设提供参考意见。
Archives have always existed as a kind of information record, which has a huge effect on the authenticity and originality of information preservation. With the continuous improvement of the information technology level, the file resource co-construction and sharing mechanism came into being to promote the gradual informationization of file management and construction. However, problems such as the construction of file resources sharing mechanism and information security management come into being and become an important issue in the construction of archives informationization. Therefore, based on a large number of documents, this article briefly discusses the construction of archives resources sharing and information security and other aspects of construction, to provide reference for archives management and construction of colleges and universities.
