酸洗钢板表面氯离子残余会降低其耐蚀性。通过湿热试验和分析化学研究了一种酰胺基脂肪酸(NEUF585)的质量浓度和温度对酸洗板表面氯离子的清洗效率的影响。实验表明,清洗效率随NEUF585的增加而增大,随温度的升高而增加。通过动电位极化曲线研究讨论了NEUF585在酸洗板表面的吸附行为。在3.5%NaCl溶液中,实验数据与Langmuir等温方程拟合结果相关系数接近于1,说明吸附过程为物理吸附。
Pickling the surface of steel residual chlorine will reduce its corrosion resistance. The effect of mass concentration and temperature of amido fatty acid (NEUF585) on the cleaning efficiency of chloride ions on the pickling plate was studied by means of wet heat test and analytical chemistry. Experiments show that cleaning efficiency increases with the increase of NEUF585, with the increase of temperature. The adsorption behavior of NEUF585 on the pickling plate surface was discussed by the kinetic potential polarization curves. In 3.5% NaCl solution, the correlation coefficient between the experimental data and the Langmuir equation is close to 1, indicating that the adsorption process is physical adsorption.
