随着职业教育的发展,职教集团这种新型的办学模式孕育而生,它一方面推动这职业教育发展,另一方面随着自身的发展也伴随着一些问题。文章以职教集团中校企合作模式为出发点,通过挖掘集团内在驱动力,探索集团内部体制创新、资源深度开放共享及相互促进持续发展等促进职教集团建设的行为研究。
With the development of vocational education, this new model of vocational education gives birth to a group of students. On the one hand, it promotes the development of this vocational education. On the other hand, along with its own development, it is accompanied by some problems. Based on the mode of cooperation between students and colleges in Vocational Education Group, this article explores the behavior research of promoting the construction of vocational education group by exploring the internal driving force of the group, exploring the innovation of the group system, opening up and sharing resources deeply and promoting the sustainable development of each other.
