目的:探讨妇科肿瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的危险因素及中西医结合治疗疗效观察。方法:回顾性分析16例妇科肿瘤患者术后下肢DVT的成因,同时西医采用尿激酶、川芎嗪等药物治疗及必要的手术治疗;中医服用脉痹汤加减(黄芪、当归、桃仁、地龙、丹参、茯苓、猪苓等)。结果:16例患者保守治疗12例,和手术联合抗凝溶栓治疗4例,治疗2~3周症状体征明显改善,复查彩超证实下肢静脉再通,无并发症发生。结论:妇科肿瘤术后合并DVT形成往往是综合因素,及早诊断,中西医结合治疗,可提高疗效。
Objective: To investigate the risk factors of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis (DVT) after gynecologic oncology and observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 16 cases of gynecologic oncology patients postoperative lower extremity DVT causes at the same time Western medicine using urokinase, ligustrazine and other medical treatment and necessary surgical treatment; Chinese medicine taking pulsebi Decoction (Astragalus, angelica, peach kernel, earthworm, Salvia, Poria, Polyporus, etc.). Results: Twelve patients were conservatively treated in 16 patients and 4 patients were treated with anticoagulation and thrombolysis combined with surgery. Symptoms and signs of 2 to 3 weeks after operation were significantly improved. The ultrasound examination confirmed the recanalization of the lower extremity vein and no complication occurred. Conclusion: Gynecologic tumor combined with DVT is often a comprehensive factor, early diagnosis, Integrative Medicine, can improve the curative effect.
