为了探索现代信息技术在农业领域中应用,借助计算机技术提高黑龙江省种植业的科技管理水平,通过对黑龙江省水稻生产现状的调查与分析,运用软件工程方法和系统工程的方法,首先进行了内部总体结构设计,之后对技术流程进行了设计,然后针对黑龙江省水稻进行了栽培管理智能决策支持系统的开发,介绍了开发过程和推理机制.研发的系统可部分代替水稻专家指导生产实践. In order to explore the application of modern information technology in the field of agriculture, and through computer technology to improve the scientific and technological management of crop cultivation in Heilongjiang Province, through the investigation and analysis of the status quo of rice production in Heilongjiang Province, using software engineering methods and systems engineering methods, The overall design of the structure, then the design of the technical process, and then the development of intelligent decision support system for cultivation and management of rice in Heilongjiang Province, introduced the development process and reasoning mechanism.The system developed can partly replace the rice expert to guide the production practice.
