目的:观察新生化冲剂对药物流产后阴道出血情况的影响。方法:将自愿要求药物流产的早孕妇女284例,随机分为观察组198例,对照组186例。药物流产采用相同服药剂量与方法,于孕囊排出后,观察组服用新生化冲剂12g,每天2次;对照组服用益母草膏10g,每天2次,疗程均为7天。两组同时肌注缩宫素20u,加服阿莫西林0.5g,每日3次,服用7天。结果:两组在孕囊排出后阴道出血量、出血时间上有区别;观察组与对照组持续10天阴道出血量按量少、量中、量多比较,两组百分比分别为量少:56.3%、36.2%,量中:40.0%、45.2%,量多:3.7%、18.6%,观察组出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组出血持续时间比较,分别为(8.4±3.2)天、(12.3±7.5)天,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新生化冲剂可减少药物流产后阴道出血量,缩短出血时间,推荐临床应用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Xinhuahua Granule on vaginal bleeding after medical abortion. Methods: 284 pregnant women who volunteered for medical abortion were randomly divided into observation group (198 cases) and control group (186 cases). Medical abortion with the same dose and method of taking medicine, in the gestational sac discharge, the observation group taking Xinhua Chemical granules 12g, 2 times a day; the control group taking Motherwaste cream 10g, 2 times a day, the course of treatment were 7 days. Two groups simultaneously intramuscular oxytocin 20u, plus serving amoxicillin 0.5g, 3 times a day, taking 7 days. Results: The vaginal bleeding volume and the bleeding time of the two groups after the discharge of gestational sac were different. The vaginal bleeding volume of the observation group and the control group for 10 days was less, the volume was more and the volume was much less: 56.3 %, 36.2%, 40.0%, 45.2% respectively, the amount of more: 3.7%, 18.6%, the observation group bleeding was significantly less than the control group (P <0.05); observation group and control group, the duration of bleeding were (8.4 ± 3.2) days, (12.3 ± 7.5) days, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The new biochemical granules can reduce vaginal bleeding after medical abortion, shorten the bleeding time, the recommended clinical application.
