微型计算机现已开始在广泛领域中应用。这种微型计算机是由于LSI技术的进展,已出现的单片微处理机作为控制中心,在其周围把RAM,ROM,PROM、输入输出通道等外围电路适当组合成的单台计算机。在这种微型计算机中使用的存储器,其容量是从数K字到数10 K字,其使用方法也有多种多样。这里主要叙述微型计算机使用的MOSRAM(静态/动态)、PROM(电可写入的RO-M)、掩模ROM等。微型计算机用的RAM 1 分类按照工作特性RAM可分为静态型和动态型,按构成电路的元件特性,可分为PMOS、NMOS、CMOS几种。静态型RAM如图1所示,存储单元由晶体管Q_1~Q_6构成触发器结
